Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about my work.
How quickly can you start?
Typically within 1–2 weeks of first contact. In acute crises, sooner. I always start with a rapid diagnostics phase, which takes 1–2 weeks.
What are your fees?
Fees depend on the scope and duration of the project. I work on a day rate or monthly retainer. The first consultation (60 minutes) is free — I first want to understand your situation.
CEO or advisor?
Both, depending on need. I can take on full executive responsibility (interim CEO/COO) or work as an advisor alongside existing management.
What industries?
Primarily automotive and manufacturing (TRW, Meritor, Tristone, SMRC Motherson, DGS). Also security technology (Jablotron), food production, telecommunications. Crisis management principles are transferable.
How long does a project last?
Acute stabilisation takes 3–6 months. Complex transformation 12–24 months. Jablotron: 8 months. Tristone: 21 months. I always set realistic expectations from the start.
What happens after you leave?
Handover is part of the project from day one. The goal is not for the company to depend on me, but to function independently. I always ensure a smooth handover.
Do you work outside Czech Republic?
Yes. I have experience from Germany, USA, China, Mexico, Poland, UK, and Slovakia. I speak English (Cambridge certified) and communicative German.
What does the first consultation look like?
The first consultation (60 minutes, free) is for me to understand your situation. It is not a sales call — it is an honest conversation about whether and how I can help.
Do you have certifications?
Yes. PMP (Project Management Professional, PMI) and certification in insolvency and acquisition procedures (Business Leaders 4 You, 2021).
How do you ensure confidentiality?
All information is strictly confidential. I sign an NDA before starting any collaboration. Case studies are anonymised unless the client has published information themselves.
