I manage the integration of newly acquired companies — processes, systems, culture, teams. For a bakery chain with 100+ shops I designed a franchise model and implemented ERP/CRM.
Exit Preparation
I prepare the company for sale or investor entry — EBITDA optimisation, process documentation, investor presentations. I help owners achieve maximum transaction value.
