I conduct operational due diligence for investors and buyers — analysis of production capacities, processes, team, and risks. Certified in insolvency and acquisition procedures (Business Leaders 4 You, 2021).
Post-Acquisition Integration
I manage the integration of newly acquired companies — processes, systems, culture, teams. For a bakery chain with 100+ shops I designed a franchise model and implemented ERP/CRM.
Exit Preparation
I prepare the company for sale or investor entry — EBITDA optimisation, process documentation, investor presentations. I help owners achieve maximum transaction value.
