I am a crisis manager with 25+ years of hands-on experience. Most recently I served as CEO of Jablotron a.s. — a Czech technology company exporting to 76 countries. My work is about results, not presentations.
At Jablotron I restructured top management, set a new operational model, and built the 2026 budget — all in 8 months. The founder recognised my work with a formal Certificate of Thanks. Before that I spent 14 years at TRW Automotive, rising to Global Program Manager for the General Motors platform — coordinating teams across 4 continents. As Plant Director at Meritor I grew production capacity from 150 to 500 brakes/day. As Managing Director at Tristone I turned a 650-employee plant from loss to profit.
In 2021 I founded TK-REORG s.r.o. and focused exclusively on crisis and interim management. My clients include Jablotron, SMRC Motherson, DGS Druckguss Systeme, Náš Chléb Vaše Pekárna, and many others.
